  7.      │  CAB <location>       │  This command is used to take a cab       │
  8.      │                       │  from the West London Cab Company to      │
  9.      │                       │  any other location in London.  The       │
  10.      │                       │  price of the ride depends on the         │
  11.      │                       │  distance traveled.  Cab rides are        │
  12.      │                       │  four times faster than walking.          │
  13.      ├───────────────────────┼───────────────────────────────────────────┤
  14.      │  CASE                 │  This command will allow you to review    │
  15.      │                       │  the case at hand.  This is the case      │
  16.      │                       │  information that was presented to you    │
  17.      │                       │  at the beginning of the game.            │
  18.      ├───────────────────────┼───────────────────────────────────────────┤
  19.      │  FERRY                │  This command will allow you to transport │
  20.      │                       │  from the Yorkshire Ferry to the West     │
  21.      │                       │  Landing Pub.  There is a 5£ charge       │
  22.      │                       │  for the crossing, which takes about 20   │
  23.      │                       │  minutes in fair weather.                 │

  25.      │  GOTO <location>      │  This command is used to move from one    │
  26.      │                       │  place to another in London.  The mode    │
  27.      │                       │  of travel is walking.  Mr. Holmes does   │
  28.      │                       │  have a tendancy to tire after walking    │
  29.      │                       │  long distances and therefore it will     │
  30.      │                       │  take longer to travel as the case        │
  31.      │                       │  progresses.                              │

  33.      │  DHELP                │  This command will present this list of   │
  34.      │                       │  commands to you.  This does take time,   │
  35.      │                       │  as Mr. Holmes is consulting his notes.   │

  37.      │  MAP                  │  This command will display a map of       │
  38.      │                       │  Holmes London.  The map will show you    │
  39.      │                       │  where all locations are and the roads    │
  40.      │                       │  that connect them.  Again this command   │
  41.      │                       │  takes time as Mr. Holmes examines the    │
  42.      │                       │  map.                                     │

  44.      │  PAGE                 │  This command will page the system        │
  45.      │                       │  operator in the event you need help.     │
  46.      ├───────────────────────┼───────────────────────────────────────────┤
  47.      │  PASS                 │  This command allows you to present an    │
  48.      │                       │  inspection pass to any police officer    │
  49.      │                       │  who is guarding a potencial clue site.   │
  50.      │                       │  These passes were issued by Inspector    │
  51.      │                       │  Gregson, who is a friend of yours, and   │
  52.      │                       │  can be obtained (one per trip) at        │
  53.      │                       │  Scotland Yard.  You start the case with  │
  54.      │                       │  2 passes.                                │

  56.      │  QUIT                 │  This command is used to abort the case   │
  57.      │                       │  at hand.                                 │

  61.      │                       │  tell the the current time and how much   │
